General Assistance Administration
Municipalities in Cumberland County contract with PROP for General Assistance Administration including emergencies and regular consultation with municipal officials. General Assistance Administration is currently provided in Windham, New Gloucester, Falmouth, Sebago, Baldwin, Standish, Chebeague, Long Island, and North Yarmouth
Homelessness Prevention
A case management program that through seeks to prevent homelessness in areas outside the City of Portland, a collaboration with Preble Street
Housing Counseling & Foreclosure Mitigation
Information and services to avoid foreclosure and establish realistic budget for housing costs
Information & Referral
Information on and referrals to area service providers for all PROP clients and others
Resident Services
Housing developers contract with PROP to provide on-site social services and information and referral to residents. PROP currently provides resident services at two Dirigo Management properties.
Community Services offers services in all areas of Cumberland County.
