Lifeline Service

Lifeline Telephone Assistance is available to families receiving AFDC/TANF, Social Security, food stamps, fuel assistance, or Medicaid. The benefits are determined by The Telephone Association of Maine and appear as a credit on the recipient's monthly telephone bills.
